Objective
ACCA, an existing BenchPrep client, wanted to more than double the number of courses they offered using the BenchPrep LMS (learning management system).
A global organization with strict funding periods, ACCA needed content ingested, organized, and finalized within three months.
Specifications
- Three month timeline.
- Cross-functional team including:
- Front-end Designer
- Customer Success Manager
- Client stakeholders
As content manager, it was my job to:
- Lead this project and present to the customer as their main point of contact for all things content
- Assess the content strategy needs and develop creative HTML/CSS-based solutions to product challenges and limitations. This included working with a designer to match the user experience of the ACCA testing environment.
- Manage the timeline and schedule
- Create a dynamic content brief and manage a group a freelancers as they ingested 1000s of pages of content

Results
- All seven courses were delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
- In the QA process, ACCA was trained to apply their own changes to course content, allowing more self-service solutions.
- Courses were launched to learners with positive reviews on accessibility and enhancing exam confidence.
- ACCA re-signed their contract and is planning to develop even more courses on the platform in the near future.
